IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Camp is Monday-Friday
- For legal purposes, Parents/Guardians MUST register their child online. If they don’t have access to the internet, please plan a time for them to come to the church to complete the registration.
- NO collecting copy of insurance card
- One counselor per SIX campers.
- No counselor fee except if they choose the extra activities. $35 if you do extra activities. (In the registration process you will check all that you are interested in doing.)
- Cost is $335

Registration – The registration process is as follows:
- Step #1 – Fill out online (available at nwilnaz.org)
- Step #2 – campers medication must be in original bottle and given to the camp nurse upon arrival (print medication form)

Camp Coordinator – In an attempt to simplify the registration process, we are asking each church to designate a Camp Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for helping register campers and counselors in your local church. If you are the Camp Coordinator for your church, please view the attachment below for a list of your responsibilities.
Counselors – Each church must send one counselor for every six campers you are sending to camp. For Teen Camp, assistant counselors must be 18-21 years old (must have completed first year of college) and lead counselors must be 22 or older. (Read policy attached) Counselors must complete an ONLINE APPLICATION and complete the Ministry Safe Training. Teen Camp Counselor Applications must be completed by June 23.

CCC – you will receive a report once registration has closed. It will help you know what campers and counselors are attending from your church.
Junior Counselor requirements:
– Must be 18 – 21 years old
– Must have completed your first year of college
– Complete Ministry Safe Training (e-mail: office@nwilnaz.org for an invitation)
– 18 or older Back ground check. Have your church run one and give you a letter stating that it has been done.
– Must be placed with an adult counselor
Adult Counselor requirements:
– Must be 22 and older
– Complete Ministry Safe Training (e-mail: office@nwilnaz.org for an invitation)
– 22 and older. Back ground check. Have your church run one and give you a letter stating that is have been done.
All counselors/volunteers:
After submitting your online application, please do the following:
- Contact your local church to have a background check run on you (must be done every two years) Have church write a letter on church letterhead acknowledging that a background check has been completed.
- Print, read, sign the NWIL District Abuse Reporting Procedure Form.
- Complete the online Ministry Safe Training. (must be done every two years)
- Email: office@nwilnaz.org to get an invitation to the online training.
