• All Students & Sponsors are to write their checks to their local church
• Youth leader will write ONE check to NWIL-NYI
• Please include the spreadsheet with all students and sponsors attending (print – provided below)
• ONU Perry Center Waiver (students & sponsors must fill out) (print – provided below)
• All fees must be paid in full and all forms provided before a student can participate.
• All copies of insurance cards & NWIL permission form from district CL is still on file. 
• All sponsors must take Ministry Safe Training. Link has been emailed. If you didn’t receive it, please let me know. If your church does Ministry Safe and you have taken the training there, please send me a copy of your completion certificate.

• IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Download the YAPP on your phone. It will be used throughout the event.
• Brackets & Art will be on YAPP on a google drive.
• Artwork needs to be taken to the Perry Center 2nd floor. It must have an index card explaining the religious theme. Name, Church, Age.
• Parents & adult spectators can not stay in campus housing. They will need to get a hotel.
• Parents & adult spectators can not eat in the cafeteria at ONU. They will need to go out to eat and purchase their own meals.
