• zip-lining (optional)

Teens & Sponsors must do the following:

• Print Permission slip (give completed form to youth leader)

SPONSORS – Each church must send one counselor for every six teens attending. Sponsors must complete Ministry Safe Training. You will receive an email from the district office with the training link.

*If your church participates in Ministry Safe, please notify the district office of those that have a completed updated certificate. office@nwilnaz.org
