Teens & Sponsors must do the following:
- Register & Pay online
- Print Permission slip (give completed form to youth leader)

Bring all permission slips to the event and give to Zac Alvis, Camp Director
SPONSORS – Each church must send one counselor for every six teens attending. Sponsors must complete Ministry Safe Training. You will receive an email from the district office with the training link.
