Registration is ONLINE! CL2024
NO insurance cards are required. (If there is an accident, the guardian will be called and can text a picture of the insurance card.)
NO paperwork is required! All waivers/permission are online, parent/guardian must sign online.
All Students & Sponsors are to write their checks to their local church
Youth leader will write ONE check to NWIL-NYI
Please include the spreadsheet with all students and sponsors attending (print – provided below)
All fees must be paid in full and all must register online before a student or sponsor can participate
