Staff pastors/Students: Each year you must have two forms submitted:
1. You need to fill out a District License Application (click on appropriate links) PDF or WORD . This form must be filled out each year and submitted to the District Secretary at districtsecretary@nwilnaz.org. Note: We recommend using WORD document so that you can save a copy and update each year with changes rather than filling out a completely new PDF each year.
2. You should give a copy of your application to your Senior Pastor/Church Board; they will need to approve your request and fill out the Board Recommendation for District Licensing form through Realm.
Both of these must be submitted by the due dates listed under Annual Reports. Please plan accordingly. See Annual reporting Requirements below for additional required report.
Pastors ( for Senior pastors and churches with only one pastor): Each year you must submit the District License Application Form (click on the District License Application above) by 9/30/24. You are recommended for renewal by the District Advisory Board and do not need to have the Church Board complete the District License Recommendation Form.
Annual Reporting Requirements
All Licensed Ministers that are not senior pastors: With the above forms, you need to submit an Annual Report to Rev. Orwig as well. This report needs to be filled out and can be submitted with the above licensing paperwork. PDF WORD
