Hotel check-in is 3:00pm. Registration/Connect is 4:30pm-5:30pm at Olivet, Chalfant. Dinner will be served at 5:30pm. Plenary Session 1 with Dr. John Bowling will begin at 6:30pm.

Retreat cost are $400/couple; $300/single if rooming alone; $200/person if single and sharing a room; $120/extra night. You can pay by credit/debit card, electronic check or by mailing a check to the district office.

Extra day option: Sunday night only. The additional cost is $120 per room. A golf outing is being planned for those interested on Monday.

Tuesday afternoon we have the opportunity to go to Chicago with FREE transportation. There will be three drop off/pick up locations. You can specify on your online registration which one you would prefer. Options below are based on if we have enough people to fill a bus.

Option 1: Navy Pier, Museums or Magnificent Mile
Option 2: Cubs game (cost $40) limited to the first 28 people (all seats have been taken)
Option 3: Bennett-Curtis House – Mystery Dinner Theater ($60/person) cost includes: 5 course dinner, play, coffee, tea, tax & gratuity. Private group requires commitment of 20 people. Grant Park, IL (30 minutes from Olivet) transportation provided (leaving Holiday Inn at 5:00pm)
